PROPERTY DIVISION AND CHILD SUPPORT
Jan had a ten-year marriage that she thought was perfect until her husband began an affair during her pregnancy with their third child. He left her after the birth of their child, who had special needs. Jeaninne and Aaron had property and real estate that each obtained after they got married. They also had a child together. Aaron refused to properly support the child after divorce. After a contentious battle, in addition to child support, attorney Morse secured for Jeaninne, he also got Aaron to agree to a contribution for private school and extracurricular activity expenses.
